The house, bright thanks to two large French doors, features a cozy patio and a spacious terrace. The modern, custom-built kitchen opens onto the living room and is equipped with high-quality vintage furniture, creating a refined and functional environment.

The master bedroom overlooks an inner courtyard adorned with vines and bougainvillea, offering a sunny and peaceful space. Besides the double bedroom, “La Casa della Vigna” offers a second bedroom with a single bed and dressing room, ideal for a couple or a small family.

The elegant bathroom, complete with a recessed shower, has direct access to the outdoor space, where an additional shower is available for guests. On the terrace, a solarium area with two loungers awaits you for moments of pure outdoor relaxation.

The apartment, with an area of 65 m², can accommodate three people in two bedrooms. Among the services offered: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine with integrated grinder. The bathroom features a sink, a shower and hand shower, with an additional outdoor shower.
